AT-01, Acoustic Trigger Device

A trigger device is required if the radar data acquisition needs to be synchronized with an external event such as the projectile exiting the muzzle. An acoustic transducer can be used to achieve this goal.

The acoustic trigger device is generally located very close to the muzzle. It is very rugged and can sustain the blast and shock of large caliber guns.

A simple 50 Ohm coaxial cable is required.
